Mauricio Conde

Mauricio is the President & CEO of Choice Consulting a consulting firm that works with Medicaid Managed Care organizations. A dedicated professional executive with a strong background in Medicaid. 

He has successfully worked with government agencies, healthcare providers, advocacy groups, and non-profits. His efforts have significantly impacted the successful implementation and expansion of Medicaid Managed Care in Pennsylvania, as well as marketing and outreach strategies that increased enrollment and compliance, while helping to address social determinants of health and gaps in care.

In addition, Mauricio has also collaborated with health systems to improve education, preventive care, and screenings for diverse and underserved communities. Beyond his professional work, he serves on the Board of Directors of a few crucial non-profit organizations and is actively involved in his church.

Faith in Jesus and love for family are the foundations of Mauricio's life. These values drive his commitment to serving others. Mauricio cherishes family time, enjoys playing a little bit of the guitar, and has some experience with recording studios and performing on stage.
